Cancellation Policy

TO CANCEL

Up to 30 days before arrival we will refund the to total deposit.
Up to 15 days before arrival we charge 40% of the deposit.
Upon Arrival and during your stay we will not make any refund.

Terms and Conditions

Reservation Policy

To book we require a 30% deposit of total amount. For example if you're booking the twin room for 3 nights deposit required is 45€ (50€ x 3 nights=150€. 30% of 150€ is 45€). The remainder can be payed upon arrival by bank transfer, paypal or cash.
Your reservation is guaranteed until the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned.
Your booking is confirmed after we receive the Pre-Payment Deposit.

Moniz Surf Lodge has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the Pre-Payment Deposit. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.
